Join LBI’s longest running camps!

LBI’s Junior Surf Camp is perfect for the social butterfly in your family. LBI’s top coaches help campers strengthen their skills in the ocean and start to paddle for their own waves. Our campers refine their techniques and work with their coaches on positioning and comfort level in bigger waves! Campers will work on turning, riding down the line ahead of the curl, and become independent surfers while meeting new friends that they are matched up in groups with. Students will learn about and try different equipment provided by LBI Surfing, learn about ocean safety, and how to become stronger surfers in all surf conditions.

Surfboards and wetsuits are included and provided at the LBI Surfing shops! This is a 4 day camp for kids that have already been introduced to surfing and are ready to take their skills to the next level with New Jersey’s premier surf school!

*If they don’t have surfing experience yet, you can schedule your child for a private surfing lesson or the Little Fish Intro to Surf Camp prior to their first day of camp to get them ready for our Junior Surf Camp.

What to bring:

Campers should all wear swimsuits, bring sunblock, a towel, rash shirt (we sell at the shops) and be ready to learn with the best coaches in LBI!
