1. Fill out and submit Enrollment Form to lbisurfing@hotmail.com for schedule availability.

2. After reservation is confirmed by LBI Surfing Lessons, visit the Sales/Rentals to make your deposit. Scroll to the bottom to ‘Camp/Clinic Deposit.’ or mail deposit to:

3. Print, fill out, and bring the Waiver Form with you to the first day of camp!
